When I started this project, users who were looking for additional services were were typically purchasing them as add-ons. I worked with business leads to establish highest value targets, then prototyped a proof of concept. We rolled out a test flow of the of on the high value targeted products and saw a impressive uptick in conversions. With the popularity of selling ala carte business filings services, we've steadily expanded offerings while iterating and optimizing to reduce friction in the funnel.
