Rocket Lawyer's Business Users are an extremely important segment of our userbase. In addition to easily helping people start new businesses, Rocket Lawyer also offers Legal Filings and Compliance activities. I created Userflows, User Journeys and Storyboards to tell the story of Debbie, an amazing baker who's dream was to open a donut store. After gathering all the requirements, understanding the legal and technical constraints, analyzing the users motivations, I developed the story of Debbie's Donuts. The journey follows Debbie through her successful Incorporation & Rocket Lawyer Membership, and defines a suite of additional features which rolled up into the Product Roadmap. This level of storytelling allowed multiple stakeholders from cross-functional team get aligned with the feature-set and roadmap and served as a reference point moving forward.
